We are now able to ship to the UK & EU again!
We have teamed up with a company that allows us to ship to those territories. We will be collecting the VAT at checkout and submit the monthly payments to your country. The VAT amount will be calculated for the products plus shipping. We know it will be expensive. However, our hope is this will allow for faster and easier customs clearance. Meaning you will get your merch orders sooner! Unlike previous 8-10 week delivery times. If you do order and there are some issues, please let us know! This is all new to us and we hope for a smooth transition, but it is technology and there are bound to be a few glitches. THANK YOU for your patience.
Cancelling an order:
If you need to cancel an already placed order. You may do so by contacting us with your order number. Keep in mind we will refund the amount less the PayPal or Credit Card fees.
The fee amount is 3.5% for Domestic & 5% for International Orders.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of our accepting or cancelling of your order.
At checkout if you receive an error stating one or more items are unable to be shipped to your location. If your order contains a number of items that could potentially weigh over 4lb or 64 oz. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

For all shipping quotes:
Add the products you wish to order into the shopping cart. Click "View Cart or Edit Cart" The next page will allow you to put in your shipping information and a quote will be displayed.
At this time, all of our merchandise is shipped from Nashville, TN. U.S.A.
Some items are print on demand and there are locations all throughout the U.S.A.
International Orders are shipped every other Thursday.

Standard Order Timeline:

*Your Order along with all other International Orders is Shipped to the Illinois distribution Center.
*Once received by them, packages are prepared for export to the designated country 5-7 days.
*Packages are then “in route to the destination country”. This process takes 12-15 days.
Once landed in the country there is a lag time for package tracking because it is going through customs and being “transferred” to your local postal service. On average the customs process takes 10-12 days. Then your order will go to your local postal office carrier.
*Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. USPS is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority.
*The overall time frame from your order being placed to receiving your product can be 6-8 weeks.
You are responsible for all duties & taxes incurred upon delivery in territories that you have not already paid VAT at checkout. (United Kingdom & European Union you will pay VAT at checkout)
We will not ship your order as a "gift" or "commercial sample."
If you plan to use a freight forwarding company. Please be advised, we are not responsible for any issues that occur once the package has been delivered to a company. All communication regarding your order must go to them, because it is out of our hands and the U.S.P.S.
Please use English characters when filling out the shipping information. Our shipping label printer is unable to read or print foreign characters.

The Customs & Duties office may need to get in contact with you.
International orders are shipped First Class International Mail with tracking information. This service is the most economical method.
Undelivered or Lost Orders/Packages:
If your tracking information states "Received by Destination Post" No refund will be issued.
If your tracking information states "In Transit to Destination Country" We will have to wait for at least a period of 12 Weeks from the ship date before we review what could have happen.
In the event it stays in that state, the maximum amount of refund will be 50% of the total merchandise order. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you wish to have your order shipped with door to door tracking, insurance and more expedited manner, please contact us.
Keep in mind it will usually be a minimum of 3 times the standard economy rate.
Most international shipments are currently taking up to 8-10 weeks for arrival in your country. If you have not received your order in that time frame. The most common reason for the hold up is the customs office in your country. There is nothing we can do about this. You are at their mercy and they will release the package when they seem fit. You can reach out and contact your local postal service and or the customs office in your country.
Customers in South America, delivery time for your orders can take up to 10-12 weeks. We are uncertain as to why this is. So please be patient and contact us after the 12 weeks have passed.
International Returns Policy:
You may return new, unopened or unwashed items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us so we can work with you on resolving the issue. As shipping any item back to us will be expensive for both parties.

Domestic Shipping & Timeline:
Domestic orders are currently only shipping out on Thursdays. During the Christmas holiday season we ship every weekday.
We are closed on every U.S. national holiday and there is no delivery service on those days. Once your order is shipped, normal delivery time is 3-5 days.

Undelivered or Lost Orders/Packages:
In the event that your domestic order has not arrived within 15 days of the shipment date. Please contact us immediately as there is a 60 day time frame enable to file a claim with the United States Postal Service. In the event that you do not contact us in that time frame. We will not be able to issue any refunds, place a trace or file a claim on the lost package/order.
Returns / Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange new, unopened or unwashed items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund purchased from our store. You may not return or exchange any item purchase from an artist on tour or at a show. We will provide a shipping label, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
